Human Resources: Overview Matchbox Health Services, Inc. a human service agency-serving individuals diagnosed with Mild Mental Retardation and Mental Illness in a residential setting. We provide assistance in daily living skills 24 hours a day seven days a week. Positions for this population require a High School Diploma, or GED, Valid North Carolina Drivers License, ability to pass criminal background verification and drug testing. Experience in the field of Mental Health is desired. However, we will train. Additionally, Matchbox Health Services, Inc. serves a population of At Risk Youth in a residential setting. We provide assistance with daily living skills, education and prevocational training. The homes for the At Risk Youth population are operational twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. Position for the population require a AA degree and two years of experience in the field of Human Services, or a High School diploma with four or more years of experience in the Human Service field. A valid North Carolina driver's license, ability to pass criminal background verification and drug testing. On going training is a requirement for both populations of individuals served by Matchbox Health Services, Inc. Training's are provided by Matchbox Health Services, Inc. or can be obtained by a certified trainer. M.H.S. will pay no fees for training until 180 days of successful employment has been obtained.
